Affiliate Disclosure — Novibet

What this changes for you

The affiliate relationship changes nothing about the offer you receive from Novibet. You pay no premium for arriving through our link; the promo code we quote is the same one you would see if you found the operator through a search engine; the bonus amount, wagering requirement and cashout policy are identical. Nor does the relationship change our editorial process — a bad withdrawal experience is still reported as a bad withdrawal experience, whether or not that lowers the operator's score.

How we earn

The site earns its running costs and the editors' time from a small number of affiliate partnerships. When a reader follows an outbound link from the site to Novibet, opens an account and, over the following months, deposits and plays, Novibet pays us a percentage of their net revenue. There is no fixed 'bounty' for a signup, no premium for a first deposit and no per-click payment — the model only produces revenue if the reader keeps a functional account and plays voluntarily. That means our incentive is aligned with sending readers to operators who treat them well, because dissatisfied readers close their accounts and the affiliate revenue stops.

Every outbound link to Novibet from anywhere on the site is an affiliate link, whether it is a text link inside an article, a button in a bonus card or the logo in the header. Every outbound link that is not to Novibet — regulators, help lines, Wikipedia, industry publications — is a plain link with no commercial relationship attached. We do not mix affiliate links with editorial links using any other operator; the site covers Novibet only.

Editorial independence

The affiliate contract with Novibet does not include a clause that would let the operator influence what we publish. There is no copy approval, no editorial calendar shared with the operator and no advance visibility of scores. The commercial contact at Novibet is a different person from the editors' fact-check contact, and the two channels are firewalled internally. When an operator asks for a change, we treat it as we would treat any reader tip: verify against source data and either amend, clarify or refuse.

Regulatory note

New Zealand's Advertising Standards Authority requires that commercial relationships in editorial content be disclosed clearly; the Fair Trading Act 1986 imposes a legal minimum on top of that. This page, combined with the disclosure that appears in the footer of every article, satisfies both. If you believe the site does not meet those obligations somewhere, please tell us using the contact page and we will fix it — but do not skip straight to a regulator without giving the editorial team a chance to correct the record.
